I should point out that this post may well be a dull one, unless you're a guitarist !

I've played guitar for almost 30 years now. I've owned lots of guitars, these are the two ones I use
now. I don't believe in having loads of guitars that I'II never use. I have used these two on pretty
much all of my 'guitar ambient' releases.

Yamaha 112 hybrid

Bodged beyond belief, the best bit about it are the Fender silver lace sensor pickups, which give a
fantastic clean sound and the 'wang bar, for David Sylvian / Todd Rundgren touches.

Tokai Les Paul copy

A Korean copy but better than the Gibson Les Paul deluxe years ago. I use this primarily for Ebow
stuff. Pickups are two Seymour Duncan '59' types and are jolly good.

Both these guitars have been recently cleaned up / rewired and will be used on an upcoming
collaboration I'II be doing with 'Achromus'. This album will be nothing like our 'Halo' and
'Flicker' releases, expect elements of Japan, King Crimson and Peter Gabriel.
