Dear Atmo folks a new album has emerged from the Landschaft bunker. This one, Zamek, the third and final part of the triptych comprising Beginning of the New Winter and Walpurgisnacht. Landschaft 12, Walpurgisnacht, is in post mixdown review phase. Release in a couple of weeks. At the moment it's a double album; one of an ultra minimal meditation companion, the other a vast sprawling tonescape that will have the hairs on your neck standing up. This is my 11th album [ landschaft 011 ] It is a return to my more "composed" style. Pastoral in theme, the first piece, Sketch No 1 is a live improvisation that just flowed out of my hands, taking no more than a few minutes to record and edit. Pure stream of conciousness, and the way I like to compose.
