Are you a musician? What instrument do you play? Type of music?
Yes, I'm a musician and play the keyboards (synth, organ, piano). As a contemporary instrumentalist, I've done a variety of genres including, ambient, solo piano, electronica and jazz.
Well, there were musical forerunners that were already into the technology, of course, and you might already be aware that Pat Metheny was one of the very first users of the Roland guitar synth (Offramp, 1982) although I'm sure that 'first generation' synth was much harder to program than mine.
Still, if I could play keyboards like you do, I would probably not need a guitar synth to 'help' in that department- LOL..
Stopped by to say 'hey' and see how you are doing. I'm currently getting into some limited video editing, and learning new things in the process.. when I get something presentable finished, I'll post it, but that will be a while, I think. I'm still learning how to use the software at this point... Namaste
Oops, I made a gaffe on my last comment, it was Stanley Clarke on bass, not Stanley Jordan, (who is a great jazz guitarist, by the way)- also,
'Along the Path' is a great tune! Kudos.
Noticed in your 'best album' section you listed Romantic Warrior by Return to Forever- I still listen to that album- the all-star lineup of Chick Corea, Al di Meola, Lenny White and Stanley Jordan made for a pretty magical combination.
Liked 'Secret Place' a lot, I will comment on others as I 'demo' them.
Thanks for the kind words and glad to be friends. Currently working on the new album now. I have a sign up newsletter page on my website if you'd like to stay informed of new developments.

Thought you'd appreciate this- finally got that Roland GR-20 I was telling you about- so the music is all composed on guitar, not a keyboard involved!
