- What is Northcore?
A music band involving me – Carl Gibbons (producer, composer, performer); Jana Tillotson (composer, performer, lyricist). With contributions and collaborations from a bunch of other talented musicians. For a long time Northcore was just me (Carl), and most of the stuff I wrote was techno, trance and chillout. Now it’s a broader mix of styles but it can generally be classified under “electronic”, “chill”, and “alternative”.

- We are musicians and producers. We sing, play keyboard and lots of other instruments (mostly badly). But we have good ears and know what sounds nice - so we record that and use it in our tracsks.
