Share 'banning members due to spam...'

I just had to ban the first person from AtmoWorks for spamming. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and didn't ban them the first time, however... they came back and did it worse. I feel very very fortunate that we haven't had a massive influx of spammers here. Ning does a very good job of keeping bots out and such. Ok - so what is spam?
