I am becoming a little worried that my latest purchases from Atmoworks will never arrive. Precisely two weeks ago, I bought two albums made by Disturbed Earth and they haven't come in yet. sadface =(

Perhaps I'm overreacting? Maybe this is normal....

No - it's not normal at all... we'll do some digging and sort out where the disconnect happened.

I found your order from June 1 for download versions of "Disturbed Earth - Island" and "Vir Unis | Disturbed Earth - Drawn from the Well". The download instructions may have gotten 'lost in email' somehow - whether it was spam filters, or server routings, or just a random internet black hole - I'm not sure!

Our server automatically sends you download instructions - and one of us normally forwards that same email with a thank you to you so that there are two chances for the instructions to reach you (that and we truly do like to say "thank you" to everyone!).

I'll get new download instructions to you via PM through this site and see if we can sort this out for you.
